We ship all orders from our office through reputed courier partners. Shipping is free within India.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it is generally delivered within the estimated delivery timeline mentioned on the respective product page.

Shipping timelines are provided as estimates only and are calculated from the date of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, payment processing issues, government restrictions, natural events, or courier service disruptions beyond our control.

Order Processing & Dispatch

If your order contains multiple products with different delivery timelines, all items may be shipped together once every product in the order is ready for dispatch.

Once your payment has been successfully verified and your order has been approved for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email. If there is any issue processing your order, we will contact you via email with further details or additional requirements.

Returns, Exchanges & Alterations

As each item is specially prepared upon order, we are unable to accept returns on any products.

Shipping Address Guidelines

We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping addresses, including the correct postal/ZIP code.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the shipping address. Please ensure that the address provided during checkout is correct and suitable for receiving the shipment.
