Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Processing & Delivery Delays

We make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines specified on the respective product pages. However, delays caused by government regulations, lockdowns, public emergencies, or the temporary suspension of courier services for non-essential goods are beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

  • No order cancellations will be entertained except under exceptional circumstances.
  • Any cancellation request submitted after 24 hours of placing the order will be considered solely at our discretion.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed to the customer's original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or other applicable payment method) within 7 business days from the date of approval.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made-to-order and prepared specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns on any products.

Sale Items

All sale items are offered at their lowest discounted prices and are sold on a final-sale basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Returns or refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the submitted evidence and communicate the decision via email.

Claims submitted without adequate proof, incomplete documentation, or after the specified reporting window may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
