Refund policy

We apologise for the delay in your orders due to any pandemic situation & assure you for the safe deliveries at the earliest. 

We would try our best to send out your orders within the stipulated timelines as mentioned in the product page of the item you have purchased, although if any further delay as per the government laws pertaining to a lockdown or non-operational Courier Services of any non-essential items is not in our control.

No cancellations will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday).

Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.rajdeepranawat.com

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

We are unable to accept returns on any products.

Since every item is a custom made fresh order, We truly suggest you make note of the delivery timelines, and provide your exact sizing as per our size chart, or email us your custom sizing at studio@ranawat.com or store@ranawat.com with your Order Number.

All SALE Items are sold at our lowest markdown costs with a sizing mentioned for them. We do not offer any alteration, returns, exchanges for any SALE item.

Only in exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at studio@ranawat.com can be sent.

The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email.
Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.

Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded as long as the customer provides us with a valid proof over images and a video of opening the package when received within 1 hour of receipt of the same from the courier company.
